The ISO 45001:2018 sets out requirements for an occupational health and safety management system that can be used by organizations to prevent injury in the workplace as well provide a safe working environment. It also offers guidance on how these systems should function, so they achieve their goals effectively without causing additional problems or risks with regards to OH&S performance measures, like reduced accidents due to lower risk factors, such as improved awareness among employees which leads them to learn safer practices overall, because there have been fewer incidents resulting from proper training methods being utilized while implementing new ideas.
